Followed instructions to the letter but cannot register DA 2.0. Any other suggestions? I have tried several times entering manually, cutting and pasting, hitting tab key several times through the fields. Still, the register button remains greyed out.

You do have a new license code specific to DA 2.0, right? DA 2.0 doesn’t accept the license code for DA 1.x.
You’re too fast Bill! I just received a message with an update coupon (post 11/2005 purchase) which I submitted. The new license was sent out almost immediately. So I’m all registered now!
