2 user accounts on one device

Hi, I have recently added a second user to my Mac to separate out home and work- the Work account had DT and was licensed but the Home account version of DT is asking for a new license. Having read about the license change and also found this post Seats and multiple user-accounts - #2 by cgrunenberg, it would appear that I should not need a second license for the additional user - can anyone advise?

Please try to remove the license from your existing installation, then enter it again. Now try on the second account on the same computer. Does it work now?
