500 meg .mp4 file -- can I sync it?

Pretty simple: I have a 514 MB .mp4 file that I put in my sync group. I synced to iPad and it went almost instantly. There’s a document on my iPad that when I click on it says, “This document is either not available or cannot be displayed of other reasons” (missing “because” = theirs :wink:)

So, is there a problem with my sync, or can DTTG not sync files that big?

The issue is that DTTG does not currently support playing audio or video files. The file is there - it just cannot be “read” aka played. We will be adding support for MP3 and video playback in future updates.
