A cleaner scrolling interaction when moving through document

I’m sure there’s a proper name for this feature, but I don’t know it: when you scroll through documents in most apps, like a webpage in safari, and if you begin with a purely up-or-down or left-or-right gesture then it ignores slight orthogonal movements. You can only move the doc on all axes if you begin scrolling on a diagonal.

DTTG doesn’t follow this convention and it makes scrolling through PDFs seem really sloppy to me.
Do you know what I’m talking about (did I explain that clearly)? Will this be fixed?

How about linking to a screencast of the “issue”?

This is a known issue in the latest version of the PDF library we’re using. The makers of the library are informed and are working on a fix.
