A folder shows in Tags

Hi all
I feel I’m a bit into some trouble and I don’t know my way out. I store more or less everything in DTPO and have a folder for all yearly papers such as tax statements and so on.

The folder structure is like this:
996) Famlij pärm
.Årspärm (Swedish for yearly book)
Bank
Pension
…

This evening I wanted to import some new documents and come across some older documents which a wrong tag. I of course try to clean this mess and it disappear at first but then when load the document again the tag is back.
I tried both from the tag menu and from the info window: Just hitting the delete key, use ‘Remove tag’ and from the info.

I continued investigating my issue and then in the long list of tags I see as shown in the attached picture.

A few questions about this:

  1. How did I get a folder shown in Tags?
  2. How do I get back to normal? I don’t feel very confident just to hit remove.
  3. Could this be the reason for the behavior described in the beginning of this post?

This behavior is seen on 3 different tags.

If you tagged the group with “2015” it will appear in the Tags Group “2015”.
Not only that, but all the records in that group will also inherit the Tag.
And ANY record you Tag with 2015 will also get the subTag.
Find the original group outside the Tags and remove the 2015 Tag and it should disappear.
