A quick "switch" to turn off match highlighting?

May or may not be easily possible but when I search a common set of terms (e.g., ((Data near Management near Plan) and (NSF)) I get lots of really relevant retrieval…but since these terms figure so prominently in each matching page, they retrieved webpages get hard to read with each search term highlighted.

If there were a quick way to turn off the “highlighted matching search term” in the retrieval docs, it would be nice. If it’s there and I haven’t found it, sorry. I will continue poking around for a solution (I realize I can reopen any doc in a browser but that gets tiresome doc after doc).

OK, I found the “system-wide” preference setting to turn off highlighting. I can set that on and off based on the search but if it were an option I could select while I’m examining an individual HTML page or while browsing retrieval set from a particular search, that might be a bit more convenient. If I’m search a single term or just a couple, the highlighting is useful.

+1 I am with you on this
