A smart rule based on certain words in content of file

Is it possible to create a smart rule based on certain key words in content of file?
I would like different smart rules which would search content in the file and then move the file to appropriate folder - if it has cardiac move to cardiac folder and if it has pancreas to go to pancreas folder?
Can the smart rule also create a tag based on this?
