Any way I can fix this without reinstalling the entire application?

Is the file actually there (use Finder to look) or cannot be found? any recent changes to your mac? antivirus software running? macOS Disk optimisation turned on? what else can you think of that may have caused the change? A reboot have any affect?
Reinstall should be simple and will have no impact on the databases, but before doing that take a moment to try again to see what caused it. Impossible to really tell from here.

EDIT: Restarted DT. It says “Unable to createPageProcessingParams” before saying the file can’t be found. Could it be possibly related to the fact that I have no access to my WebDAV server currently, and therefore sync fails on load?
I doubt that.
Sync is completely optional, it’s not required by OCR or other features.

Yes. Restarted, error is the same. Do I need to reinstall the application? ABBY is grayed out in “Install Addons” so I don’t see how I can reinstall only that.
