So I cannot figure out how to open attachments to eml files in DT. I am wondering if there is an issue, because I am pretty sure that I have done this without a problem in the past. I am able to access the attachments in DTG on my iPad and iPhone without issue.
When I open an eml with attachments in DT, I can see the number of attachments in the main inspector window. When I go into the attachments section of the inspector (not sure what that is called), under attachments there are no items listed. At the bottom of the actual eml document in DT, I just see big boxes with an icon, file name, and download box. Clicking the download box does give download options . . . none of which seem to do anything.
thoughts? Am I totally missing something?

Screen captures would be helpful.
Here’s a pic

I see one of these for each file. They look just like the one in Apple Mail except double clicking on them or using the download button does nothing (the download options are greyed out)
Also for reference from the two inspector windows:

Is anyone else experiencing this? Am I doing something wrong? Should I submit a but report? It’s very odd that I can access attachments via DTG but not DT.
Support was kind enough to point me in the right direction. Since it seems a bit unintuitive, I thought I would post the answer here.
To access eml attachments you need to be viewing the email in View > Document Display > Text Alternative or clicking the Text icon on the navigation bar.
If you want to default to this view, you can enable Preferences > Files > Emails > Messages: Use alternative view to use Text Alternative when viewing emails.
A future release will include a preference & command to import the attachments as separate items.
