Data>New from Template>Annotation doesn’t works properly. Annotation is not create in the Annotation Group. 
The annotation note is now created in the same location as the annotated document, and has the suffix ‘(Annotation)’ added to the name of the referenced document.
This simplifies ‘keeping together’ the document and the annotation note.
