Appending to email archive

Hi there,

It’s been a few years since I last archived my various mailboxes into DTPO, and I’m now wanting to do it again for the new year into DT3. I’ve added a few new mailboxes that didn’t exist the last time that I archived, as well as the mailboxes that have existed for years. How do I go about archiving my older mailboxes, and append them into the old archive, so that I just have the one archive for each given mailbox?

Select the Mailbox in DEVONthink’s Import sidebar, select the database in the Destination dropdown, and press the Archive Mailbox button.

Done.
