Archive email flattens folder hierarchy?

Before continuing to archive email with DT4, I’ve noticed that the view of one mailbox in the ‘import’ tab simultaneously flattens and retains the folder hierarchy. Sometimes. For example, one folder having 10 sub-folders appears in the ‘import’ tab as having these 10 sub-folders, but each sub-folder also appears at the same level as the holding folder. I have not checked every single folder, but this appears to be the case for many of the folders. What to do?

That’s a known issue and will be fixed by the next release, assuming that you’re using Apple Mail.

Yes, I’m using Apple Mail. Crossing my fingers that the next release comes along soon…

In DEVONthink, hold the Option key and select Help > Report Bug.
