Archive email only after restart of DT3P

Hi, I usually archive my mailbox first thing in the morning when I login to my computer. Most of the time, however I have to restart DT3P in order to complete the task. If I don’t, I get the message “0 messages imported” or not even that. As I said, this happens most of the time, with rare instances when I don’t have to restart DT3P. The machine is on, and DTP3 and Mail running 24h 7d.

As DEVONthink 3 uses caching you might have to refresh the list of mailboxes/messages via the contextual menu.

Note: We advise rebooting devices - including mobile devices - at least once a week.

Yes I agree, but typically I do it when things get rough. Something like a diet or exercise :blush:.
In any event refreshing the cache seems to be working fine.
