Audio notes and Bluetooth headset

I’m trying to create audio notes in DTTG3 on iPhone using a (Non-Apple) Bluetooth headset.

While audio playback does work, I can’t get DTTG3 to use the external Bluetooth mic. It alway uses the internal mic of the iPhone.

  • Using the original Apple pluggable headset does work.
  • Using the Bluetooth headset with iPhone Voice Memos does work as well.

Any ideas?

Thanks for letting us know about the issue, I will take a look.

I can reproduce the issue and it appears to be due to the iOS interface we use to record voice notes, does not allow us to specify which microphone to use. I have added this as an issue and we will schedule the fix for a future update to DTTG.
