I’m able to take video notes, but not audio. microphone and camera have been checked in the Security/Privacy.
When I hit the record button, all I see are 2 red bars. Clicking the record button produces no action.
Also don’t see any place to select the audio recording device.
Any help appreciated!
Which version of macOS and DEVONthink do you use?
Hello, I am using the most current DT update, 3.51 and Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6
Seems to be working on my Mac running 10.15.5
Does the issue persist after rebooting the machine?
PS: Including punctutation like the # in the filename is not suggested. Hyphens, underscores, periods, and spaces are the safest bets.
Have you checked in System Preferences—>Sound that the correct input device is selected, and the input volume set?
Issue does persist after system reboot. I did check that the appropriate sound input is active. Same sound input does work while recording video notes.
Can you choose Help > Report Bug while pressing the Alt modifier key, mark it for the attention of Alan and send it to support @ devontechnologies .com (minus the spaces, of course)- thanks!
