I have my inbox in a database and I wisth to auto-classify into another database and it doesn’t work at all. Is the auto-classify restricted to content within the same database ?
Where are the AI rules stored ?

Yes, Auto-Classify only works per database, not across them. And the “rules” are proprietary and not accessible for inspection or customization.
