Automatic organization & reminder

Hi everyone,
I am quite new to DevonThink, and I would like to know if there is a way to automatic import and be remind of a set of elements.
I work with lot of PDFs, that right now are organised through hazel to be moved around based on their tags, so let’s say that a tag x would move it to a specific folder “soon”. What I would like to achieve with devonthink is the automatically import (only link the file should stay in the folder/not being duplicate) of the file into a DB/path when is in the folder “soon”, and an automatic reminder in the calendar or omnifocus.

Is this possible? Are there some scripts that would make it possible or I have to start from zero?

You could index folders like “soon” (see File > Index…), afterwards they’re semi-automatically updated if necessary. In addition, there are already scripts to add reminders to Calendar or OmniFocus manually, see folder ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/Scripts/Reminders. These scripts could be used as a starting point.
