Automatic Tag of folders to files

in Devonthink 2, tags of folder where automatically copied to the files inside the folder.
I don’t find this feature in version 3?

It’s a per-database setting - Inherit Tags of Groups in File > Database Properties.

I don’t know if this is the case in DT2 as well, but if you tag a file with the same “group” tag it will move the file into that group. I was somewhat confused by this behavior in the beginning. Is this the case?
