In DEVONthink’s Preferences > Sync, Control-click the sync location, hold the Option key, and choose Verify Location Thoroughly. Results will be shown in Window > Log when it’s finished.
Were you previously running DEVONthink To Go 2.x and is this an old file that is missing?

To answer your other question, I added this file back in the spring, and I haven’t changed my computer since. I’ve rotated mobile devices, however. If memory serves correctly, I added that from my desktop, so it’s strange it’s no longer available.
This issue is still occurring where files on my desktop that I can access, are not downloading on my mobile device. So, I can see the file, and it tells me it is downloaded or needs to be downloaded on the iPhone, but I can’t get it to sync.
How can I reset all my sync settings and start anew?
