Is there a way to schedule the email import to occur? I was using Mail Steward for email archive, but would like to use Devon, but one item I can not find is a way to schedule the import to occur every Day or Week.

No, not out of the box you can’t. You could use Mail Rules with DEVONthink Pro Office to automate this to some degree.

It is such a good email archiver, surprised it is not in the AppleScript Library or an option.
I know this post is old so I wanted to check in and see if there is still no option for this? No applescript that can be run?
The Mail Rules Scripts we provide are AppleScripts.
Ahh, ok I see now. So do one big initial import and then the Mail Rules script to archive every email as it comes in?
I’ll just have to modify those scripts a bit to place the emails in the right database I assume.

If you want. Do note, there is no guarantee Mail Rules will trigger properly. Generally speaking they do, but it’s nothing in our control whether they do or not.
