Automator - "Export Records" - "Use temporary files instead"

I’m building an Automator app that will darken .pdfs in Devonthink. I’m having the app make a copy of the original in case the result is bad. If I select “use temporary files instead” in the “Export Records” action, do you know where that temporary file will be located on my computer?

They should be created in ~/Library/Caches/Temporary Items.
