I have a collection of PDF magazines that I would like to rename in order of edition number. The first edition that I have is Number 67 so the sequence would be:
magazine-67.pdf
magazine-68.pdf
magazine-69.pdf
etc.
I’ve found the Batch Process option and see the Counter placeholder. Is it possible to set the first number in the counter to something other than ‘1’?
Or is there another way that I can achieve this renaming sequence inside DEVONthink?
Currently, no you can’t set the starting number for a Counter or Index placeholder.
Unzip and put this simple smart rule script in ~/Library/Application Scripts/com.devon-technologies.think3/Smart Rules and it will be available in Tools > Batch Process.
