DTPO is becoming unresponsive when I try to add a scan directly from my scanner. I’m using an Epson Scanner with a Twain driver. Is this a known problem, am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
Image Capture as Apple makes it available to third parties such as us is not very useful with certain scanner models. The beach ball should last only a couple of minutes before you get control again. There is not much we can do about it, that’s an issue between Apple and Epson.
This is why we ship ExactScan Capture as well. This one will work better with scanners that we have troubles with.
