Best practice for reinstalling DTTG?

Hello all,

Whilst DTTG2 on the iPP syncs as expected, it more-often-than-not takes several hours on my iPhone 8. :tired_face:
I have Bonjour set up, and it doesn’t appear to make a difference whether it is syncing over Wifi(?), or with it plugged in via cable, or plugged in with Wifi/Mobile switched off…

I’m hoping that the proverbial nuke-and-pave, of DTTG2 (not my iPhone), will get whatever is causing this, to fix itself.

Anyone done this recently that has any advice?
I presume taking it DB by DB inside DTTG2 would probably be best?
As opposed to simply wiping the App?
Any suggestions?

Deleting and reinstalling is definitely an option. However, it’s unclear what they issue may be. In DEVONthink To Go 2, select Help > Contact Us to start a Support Ticket. Thanks!
