Hi there

What is the best way to compare how many documents have a given tag in two (or all of my) different databases?

Creating a list with database name plus tag count or so would be the best…

Select the top level Tags group and enable the Location column. The number of items in each are listed at the end of the Name column.

You’re welcome - and yes, the top level Tags group shows a union of the Tags for all open databases.
This is similar to the top level Inboxes group showing a union of the content of the Inboxes of all open databases.
