blank tooltips

Hi all,

After enjoying DTP for a while, I started using DA recently for my research & work.

One concern I have is that I’m unable to see/read the tooltips text when my mouse hovers over some fields, like in the vertical pane of my archived directories/searches, and results in some panels. In those cases, only the yellow window appears, but no text is visible.

Tooltip functionality is fine in DTP, but (at least for me) they behave strangely in DA.

Is there a setting I’m missing?

PS. I have DA 2.3.1 running on a G4 with OS 10.5.5

Those are automatic (and usually empty and therefore useless) tooltips introduced by Leopard. Not sure why Apple added this. But the next release of DEVONagent will fix this and add its own tooltips.
