I’m still a novice with DEVONthink. If I minimize my main DEVONthink window, perhaps to view other windows underneath, I can’t later restore that window by selecting “Bring All to Front” from the Window selection on the DEVONthink main menu. None of my DEVONthink windows come to the front when I click on that selection. This is a very minor problem as I can click on the DEVONthink icon in my menu bar and get that main window back. But just maybe this is on purpose or maybe it’s a bug. I’d like to know which it is.
In testing with other applications, “Bring All to Front” doesn’t restore minimized windows. It also only “brings to front” windows that are hidden by other applications, not by their own parent window. So I’d say that’s a Mac OS behavior, not specific to DT.
That’s not particular to DEVONthink but general macOS behaviour.
If you hold down the option key the command becomes “Arrange in front”, which does restore minimized windows.
