Broken fingernails?

So, I got DEVONthink, and the Scansnap.

What a pair! I’ve cranked through my files very quickly and am more than half way to paperless. I’ve got backups sorted out. It’s all going so smoothly, except…

now my fingernails are falling apart.

If I could add one warning to the manual, it would be:

GET A STAPLE REMOVER. You’re going to be scanning a lot of documents, and removing staples by hand catches up with you.

On a more serious note, I’m loving DEVONthink so far. It took some getting used to, no doubt about it. But so far it’s been well worth it.

just cut the corner with the staple of. It doesn’t matter after scanning.
