Browser extension issue - PDF's being saves as bookmark URL

Hey Guys,

I’m a new user to Devonthink and so far love it. I work for a webhosting firm and decided to use Devonthink to create my own offline support DB.

I have the Devonthink browser ex for both Safari and Chrome and have been using this to export webpages as PDF’s. Everything was fine until yesterday when all the clips I try to save as a pdf are only saved as a bookmark, which is rather frustrating. It does not matter what PDF format I use, i.e One page or Paginated, both options still export as a bookmark, in-fact all formats save only as a bookmark.

Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

Reboot your machine (which is a good idea to do occasionally anyways). When there’s a problem with the web capture, it uses a Bookmark as a fallback.
