Bug viewing the sorter

If i launch the sorter, it appears:

• this way: closed: dropbox.com/s/5y0m34s606aj0 … .50.25.png
• this way opened: dropbox.com/s/dfrkouu5dzese … .50.33.png

any help???

Has it always done this or was it previously working correctly. Which product? Which version? Which OSX?

I have Mavericks, everything always updated.

Here’s a tip for reinstalling the Sorter, which might help.

Sorter gone

In DEVONthink, select Tools > Quit Sorter. Quit DEVONthink. In the Finder, press Command-Shift-G and paste: ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Sorter/Default.sorter. Move this file to your Desktop. Launch DEVONthink and select Tools > Show Sorter. If this does not work then try item 3 but paste: ~/Library/Preferences/com.devon-technologies.think-sorter.plist (As I was reminded by korm (thanks!), this is Lion and earlier. Mavericks requires a Terminal command to flush the plist file prop…

IIRC, there was also a posting similar to yours recently – if you look through the forum in the past 4 - 6 weeks you might be able to find it and the answer
