This is probably on a list somewhere already (although I couldn’t find it) but in case it isn’t…
I’d like to be able to update the labels of a number of documents at the same time. At the moment I can select a number of documents and use the Information Window to update some metadata, but labels are greyed out.
Select multiple documents (this can also be done with selected Search results).
Choose Data > Label and check the option you wish to use.
Note that, in the Search window, Label is a searchable property. I usually use Labels only temporarily for a project. When finished, I search for those I’ve assigned and revert them to None.
