Buying DA license now, does it include 3.0 update?

I’m thinking about upgrading DTP to the DTPO+DA.
If I do so now, will I have to buy a new license for DA 3.0 when it’s published finally, or does the license include the update to 3.0?

DEVONagent 3.0 will be a free upgrade for users who have purchased DEVONagent 2.x since January 2009.
