Can I change Database location?

I am using Sierra 10.12.1 but I DO NOT use the feature that allows me to sync my Documents folder and my Desktop to iCloud, not do I intend to use it.

Can I change the location of my databases? I currently have two databases, both stored in a subfolder in my Documents folder. I’m thinking I might prefer to have the folder with my databases at the root level for my user account.

If I CAN relocate the databases, how do I do that? Is it as simple as moving the current subfolder containing those databases out to the root level for my user account?

Yep, but it’d be best to quit DEVONthink first, then just double-click the database files in the Finder to open them in DEVONthink.
