Quit the Sorter and (assuming there’s no data in the Sorter) delete the folder ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Sorter/, finally launch the Sorter again.
Tried deleting the DT sorter without success. Still dealing with this file that appears as a failed ‘file/action’ in the log every time that I start DTPro.
Incidentally, the file in question is a .doc file that I believe I was working on a couple of months ago.
Yes. Did that a few days ago.
Problem was that it was something of a phantom file i.e. it was not visible in the Global Inbox on any occasion I had this Inbox open in my finder…until a few days ago when I noticed it. I deleted it and there has been no problem since.
