I had a crash on a Mac where I needed to install fresh. However, Devonthink no longer accepts my license until I remove the license from that crashed computer.
Since I can no longer access that Mac to remove the license from it, how do we handle this problem?

You can always reformat your Mac
You can remove a licence from your DT account by logging in, clicking on DEVONthink in the Your Licences section and then Edit in the Devices section.
