Cannot select text in Word documents

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I cannot select any text within Word documents in DTP. PDF and RTF are both fine.

Any suggestions?

The QuickLook display of Word documents doesn’t support this unfortunately but you could switch to the alternate display (see Text View/Preview icon of navigation bar) or convert the document to rich text.

Thanks for your reply - that’s great - at least I can now highlight text to search on.

Let’s hope Apple make some big improvements to QuickLook in the future!
