"Can't access the users caches folder"

I get this error when dragging an item to the sorter from mail or a file from the desktop. Does anyone know what this means? DTPO 2.0.6

Please check the permissions of ~/Library/Caches, you should have read/write access. Or did you replace the library (~/Library) or the home folder with symbolic links to other volumes/directories?
