Cant add to DTPO from anywhere

Hi,

i try to add to DTPO via selecting text from a website/PDF. Never works.
Not from Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Preview nor Devonagent. Services are visible, i select them but nothing lands in DTPO.

Console tells me this:

It seems like it was a permission problem with clipboard. restarting the mac solved it.
