Cant connect to WEBDAV

I have a WEBDAV account, I can login to it fine in another application, but Devonthink Pro reports:

Cannot verify the store structure (forbidden)

I cannot find any reference to this error online to find out what is causing the issue.

Does anyone know?

Actually I cannot create files in my other app, permission denied, so I guess I have permissions issues which might be the devonthink issue so will try to fix that first and see.
