Can't download file in DTTG

I am using the download on-demand feature. I used search to find a file in DTTG. The file showed in the search results. When I tap on the file, I see the preview but the download is not available. In fact, of the five files that were found, four are in this state of not being able to download.
Yes, I have an internet connection. I have attached a couple of screenshots. Notice in the search results screenshot, 4 of the files have a cloud icon that is filled in. These are the files that are not able to be downloaded.


  • Where did the files originate - in DEVONthink or DEVONthink To Go?
    • If DEVONthink, are these indexed or imported files?
    • Have you done a File > Verify & Repair on the problematic database(s) in DEVONthink to look for missing files?

The files originated in Evernote and were imported into DT. That database was then synced to DTTG.
The files open just fine in DT.
I have done VERIFY and REPAIR as well as checked the File Integrity of the database. No reports of problems.

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.

Just to confirm, you want me to do this even though this is an issue with DTTG?
