Can't drag documents into the sorter

DT Pro Office 2.9.17:

Dragging a PDF from AirMail to the sorter, gives this error:

Clicking “To Finder” does … nothing.

Does this only happen with PDF files or with all attachments in Airmail?

I haven’t been able to reproduce this, is the Sorter working for all other content?

Re-linking folders to the sorter didn’t help, reset fullscreen settings did. Don’t know why, but it’s working again. Thank you for your help!
