Capture from safari, tags not recorded

I frequently capture web archives or PDFs from Safari. At the time of capture (capture dialog up), I set doc title, destination and tags. Most of the tags already exist in the database I use which is evident by the capture dialog autocompleting while I type.

The capture itself works peachy and shows up in DT just fine, but the doc is not tagged even though I entered the tags in the capture dialog. I must enter the tags in through DT’s info panel on the right to make them stick.

This worked fine before, don’t know when it stopped working. I am on DT 3.7.2, Safari 14.1.1. and macOS 11.4

This has been reported several times on the forums.
This is a known issue and will be addressed in the next release. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
