Classify stopped working in 4.0

I updated from 4.0 beta 3 to 4.0 today and since then Classify is showing results exclusively from the Trash. The “See also” portion of the pane is populated as always, but classify is only trash. If I clean out trash, it is then empty and hence Control-C does nothing. What I have tried

  • Closing and reopening DEVONthink
  • Closing and reopening a couple of databases
  • Clicking “Current database only”: This does change the “See also” list as expected but does nothing to the classify part.

4.0.1 is already available and fixes this issue.
