Clip to Chrome clips only the bookmark, and not the uncluttered RTF

Hi, for the last 2-3 weeks when I clicked on the clip to Devonthink Chrome icon, instead of the RTF uncluttered which I chose the page is clipped to the Global Inbox only as a bookmark - https://nsarchive.gwu.edu/briefing-book/2020-05-15/top-secret-chernobyl-nuclear-disaster-through-eyes-soviet-politburo-kgb-us-intelligence-volume-2?eType=EmailBlastContent&eId=d700996e-05c4-44f8-ad76-472dd8133c67

I deleted the extension and installed again from the Chrome store.

What should I do?

Reboot the machine (which we suggest is done weekly anyways).
