Collaboration of DT v3 and v2

Hi there. First of all: Happy New Year to all of you.

But now for something completely different:
Are there any known issues concerning the collaboration of DevonThink 2 and DevonThink 3?

As for me, I would like to upgrade, but a customer of mine (with at least 5 seats) will not.

Since we are syncing one “shared” database at least once a week, I wonder whether there might come up any problems between us?

This should be fine as long as the databases are only synchronized and not directly opened by different versions and if the latest versions (2.11.3 and 3.0.3) are used.
