I have been collecting literature in DTP up to now for my PhD. I’ve recently undertaken a systematic literature review for a specific topic and this been imported in to bookends for sifting (ie searches retrieved 900 items, deduped in bookends to 600 items and now working throughout the abstracts to get to a relevant list for my research project).
I’d like to compare (in a scripted / automated way) the finalised list in bookends with what I have in DTP to prevent me having to manually go through and compare each entry, then get the relevant PDF in to bookends from DTP. Has anyone done something similar? I’m happy to have a crack at a script but thought to ask, so I’m not reinventing the wheel!
