Is there way to sync configurations between two machines?

Thing I’d like to sync:

  • Application preferences (e.g. appearance, db sync configuration)
  • Smart Groups and Rules

No this is not possible by any DEVONthink mechanism at this time.

You could manually copy the Smart Groups.plist and SmartGroups.plist from ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink 3 when DEVONthink isn’t open on the second machine, but be aware it will not update when you change things.
