Hi there,
having imported a number of websites as .htm I’d like to convert all of them to searchable .pdf’s with one command.
Is there a way to do that?

Script icon menu > Download > Convert URLs to PDF Documents should do the conversion. (If this isn’t present, install it from the Script menu > More Scripts…)
As far as doing this in a batch, you could create a Smart Group of .htm(l) files focused on a particular group in a database.
Select the results you want to convert in the Smart Group and run the script.
To get the results make another Smart Group like this…
