Copying a whole folder

I am new to DT and have been trying it for a week or so. Genius software for someone like me who wishes to search his archives easily. But I haven’t figured out how to copy the contents of a whole folder to a separate folder on the Mac, so that I can copy this on to a USB stick and share the folder contents with anyone, f. ex. a windows user. The file structure of DT is such that the documents get spread out in the DT database folder. There must be a simple command for this…no?

You can either drag and drop the group to the Finder, or select the group and export using the menu command File>Export>Files & Folders.
