Create a smart group for all files?

Hi there - I had a quick search but I couldn’t find an answer. I am a newbie. How do I view a list of all the files in a database? I tried doing it with a smart group but failed. Is there a better way to do it?
Is there some feature that renders it unnecessary to even want to see a list of all files?

You could use the condition “Kind… is… Any Document”
